We don't just want to be a restaurant IN the community, we want to be a restaurant FOR the community.  

With so many thriving and healthy farms in our area, we're excited to use as much local produce as possible - it tastes better, reduces environmental impact, and helps those who live and work so hard in our area prosper.  

We hope to be a meeting place that celebrates Beaumont's unique French heritage and showcases the identity of a town with deep cultural roots and proud beginnings. Beaumont is our home base. Sylvia grew up here, Darren fell in love with it and it’s where we want our family to grow. Chartier will reflect our commitment to this community. We will contribute to the community-minded nature of our schools, youth centre, library and non-profit organizations by being directly involved in any way we can. We're here for the long run.
