Our Hours are Changing (For the Better)
Effective Monday, October 17th, 2022 , Chartier will be open seven days a week!
Our brunch service will only be offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10am-3pm (which, let’s be real - are the best days of the week to brunch anyways). Our dining room will be open for dinner service Monday to Sunday from 4pm-Close, ensuring that we’re available for every special celebration - and every time you need a little comfort food after a long day at work ;)
Harvest Farm to Table Experience at the Old Red Barn
Join us Tuesday October 4th for our last farm to table dinner at The Old Red Barn of 2022!
Chef Tamara Solon & her culinary team are creating a delicious multi course dinner centered around the bounty that the harvest season brings. We'll be featuring elevated takes on our own family recipes, using produce from Fifth Gen Gardens, Somerset Farms, Redtail Farms and many more.

Shake, Stir, & Strainbow! is an annual Pride-themed queer charity awareness and fundraiser campaign that was launched in 2018 by Eat North in partnership with Remy Cointreau.
Crisis Prices

We’ve exhausted every avenue to try to minimize the impact to our business and to you, our valued customers. But we can no longer keep this perfect storm at bay.

"Dairy Dream" Farm to Table Dinner at the Old Red Barn
Join us with Chartier Restaurant on Sunday, August 14th as we celebrate Alberta Open Farm days for the 4th year in a row at the Old Red Barn - located just minutes outside of Leduc, Alberta.
What better place to feature Alberta dairy than on an Alberta dairy farm! We'll be presenting a four course menu centered on beautiful dairy and cheese products from local producers on the stunning grounds of Glen Park Holstein dairy farm. This 5 course meal will also feature an interactive savoury cheese smores station.

Celebrate the Caesar - Thursday, June 30th
Close to two years ago, we were contact by Walters Craft Caesar - they had just signed a publishing deal with Penguin Random House and requested we contribute a caesar cocktail recipe to include in their inaugural book.
To celebrate the launch of Caesar Country; Cocktails, Clams & Canada and as a prelude to Canada Day festivities - we’ll be featuring caesar creations from the book on Thursday, June 30th. We’ve picked one recipe from each region ( west / prairies / central / maritimes), and will be shaking, mixing, muddling, and stirring all day long.
We’ll also be giving away copies of the book to three lucky winners, along with three $50 gift cards from Chartier.
