For those who aren’t in the mood to throw a Thanksgiving shaker - but still want to indulge in a traditional turkey dinner, you can book a table for Sunday, October 11 and partake in our Thanksgiving feature!
The menu features cranberry pain de mie rolls with a honey and cardamom glaze with whipped butter to start, served with an elevated turkey dinner: Raymond's Butcher smoked turkey, sage mashed potatoes, thyme roasted winter vegetables, caramelized onion and brie sourdough stuffing, house-made cranberry sauce, and smoked turkey jus lié with a whipped pumpkin chocolate cheesecake for dessert.
The cost is $45 per person + GST & Gratuity, with an optional wine pairing available for $30 (with 3 x 3oz pours).
