National Croissant Day - Thursday, January 30th

National Croissant Day - Thursday, January 30th

It's buttery, it's flakey, and it has it's own national holiday - join us in celebration of the CROISSANT on Thursday, January 30th!

Our sourdough croissants are made with 84% fat Canadian butter, and are crispy clouds of heaven.

We'll have a variety of flavours and shapes available for sale at our Beaumont AND Nisku location, and we'll be running a croissant sandwich special in Beaumont all. day. long.

Our pals at Strada Coffee Co. will also be brining in some of the incredible feature flavours planned (we see you, Camrose!)

This is one event you don't want to flake out on….well, maybe flake into? Check out the full feature flavour menu below, and hopefully we’ll see you on January 30th!

Feb 15th - Daddy Daughter Date Night

Feb 15th - Daddy Daughter Date Night

One of our (many) favourite Beaumont events is just around the corner - the annual Beaumont Society School of Dance Daddy Daughter Dance!

The official date that stands the test of time is dinner & dancing, which is why we’d like to formally invite our local dads to treat their little lady to an evening at Chartier before the big dance.

Bookings joining us before the dance can book our "Daddy Daughter Date" experience to receive one of our signature handheld sandwiches with a beer of choice for dad, a kids meal and a fancy drink for the miss, and a dessert to share, a rose waiting at the table, and a polaroid to commemorate the evening for $60 + GST & Gratuity (extra littles are $15 each).

Reservations are recommended!

Producer Dinner ft. Irvings Farm

Producer Dinner ft. Irvings Farm

Bringing you a little bit closer to where your food comes from is one of our primary goals at Chartier.

One of the ways we do this is with our monthly producer dinners, where we showcase one of our local partners in a carefully curated 5 course menu that focuses in on their incredible products. We invite them in for the evening to storytell, educate, and connect with diners - offering a unique opportunity to meet the beauties behind the bounty.

On Friday, January 10th we’re excited to welcome Nicola and Alan Irving - proud owners of Irvings Farm Fresh in Roundhill, AB.

After moving to Alberta from England in 2005, Nicola and Alan realised that many of the British pork products they had come to love in England, were not available here in Alberta - and so began their journey into farming in Canada.

Their small herd of Berkshire pigs are raised as nature intended. The animals are allowed to move freely in their environment and are kept outside year round, with access to indoor shelters for shade in the summer, and warmth in the winter. The animals are never raised with the use of antibiotics, hormones are never used to promote growth, and the pigs’ diet consists of forages, locally grown grain (produced without the use of chemicals), and a premix of canola/soya, and a vitamin/mineral supplement.

Their pork is unparalleled, and Chef Tamara will be using it in all five courses offered throughout the evening.

Limited seating is available, click the link below to book!

NOTE: If you are gifting this experience for the holidays and would like a customized digital image created for the recipient, please email sylvia@dinechartier.com!

2024 Letters to Santa

2024 Letters to Santa

Being a part of your holiday traditions is a gift we don't take lightly, which is why we're excited to share that the Letters to Santa program will still be happening at Chartier, despite postal interruptions!

Letters from Beaumont will be hand delivered to doorsteps, and for wee ones from Edmonton & area we kindly request that you include an email address so we can scan & email the letter (either straight to the recipient, or to ma + pa so it can be printed).

When you come to grab some take out or some goodies from the bakery, make sure to bring the kiddos to mail off their letter to Santa + The Chartier Elves will make sure they get a custom response from Santa

What you need to do:

1) Drop off your letter anytime in the red mail box on the wood pile in front of the restaurant.

2) Please include your return address so we can get the elves to drop them off to your place (Beaumont only) OR include your email address if outside of Beaumont (so we can scan + email)

3) Cut off is Dec 15th so get those wish lists rolling!

We're so looking forward to spreading some cheer, celebrating the magic of the holidays, and seeing cutie pie smiles (so don't forget to tag us in your photos so our hearts can collectively explode)!

PS - If you're interested in volunteering for replies, please email sylvia@dinechartier.com
