Celebrate Mama at Chartier with a feature brunch menu by Executive Chef, Crystal Higgins.

Brunch includes a pastry board to start, featuring a selection of Mother by Chartier fresh pastries and seasonal fresh fruit followed by an eggs Benedict trio served with our sweet onion brunch potatoes. Kids have the choice of classic eggs benny or a pancake stack.

The cost is $45 per adult, and $20 per child (3-11 years old).

We'll also have a fully stocked mimosa bar for those looking for libations, featuring an assortment of juices, house-made syrups, fruit garnishes, as well as sparkling cava and non alcoholic sparkling wine (not included in ticket price).

April 3rd - Good Friday Sugar Shack Experience

We may not have maple trees to tap in our backyard, but that won’t stop us from hosting a French-Canadian sugar shack dinner!

Join us on Friday, April 3rd for a family style long table experience that revolves around our favourite staple: MAPLE SYRUP. Note: you will be seated with new friends for this experience, so it’s not a great fit for those that are looking for an intimate night out.

The cost is $65/adult and $25 per child (3-12 years old). The menu includes:

  • soupe aux pois

  • haricots vert with smoked maple aioli and chili maple drizzle

  • lox station with freshly baked mini bagels, charred scallion cream cheese, cured salmon, capers, fresh dill, red onion, fresh tomatoes and lemon

  • thinly sliced maple baked Meuwly’s smoked ham with assorted mustards & pickles

  • challah french toast bites with maple blueberry jam

  • tourtiere croissant bites with rhubarb relish and brussel sprouts

  • tarragon roasted baby potatoes, beets & carrots with bearnaise sauce

  • carrot cake with maple cream cheese icing

  • tire sur la neige

  • tea + coffee

  • sourdough with house-made creton & pickles & whipped maple molasses butter

  • baked omelette with caramelized onions and a blend of Lakeside buttercheese, Swiss & provolone

  • tourtière croissant bites with rhubarb relish and brussel sprouts

  • tarragon roasted baby potatoes, beets & carrots with bearnaise sauce

  • sourdough pancake stack with choice of orange thyme or blueberry maple syrups

  • pouding chômeur with Little Bear maple cream gelato

Join us on Sunday, February 22nd for a spirit club featuring a lineup of grappa with our Bar Dad, Mike Chan and Chartier Sous Chef, Greg Lynch.

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail followed by a tasting of three different pours, paired to three small bites, highlighting each spirits unique flavour profile and character.

There is one seating available at 4pm, the event is approximately 1.5-2 hours long. We hope to see you there!

This year, we're featuring a three course menu with a choice of appetizer, choice of entree, and shared dessert board celebrating some of our favorite local Alberta producers. The cost is $85 per person, and each seating is 2 hours.
