If the thought of celebrating St. Patrick’s Day by waiting in line for 2 hours for the chance to stain your teeth with green colouring soaked beer doesn’t sound appealing, then you should ABSOLUTELY join us for a pre-patty’s day celebration with a guided Irish Whiskey tasting!

We are SO excited to welcome back Sean "The Dark Cloud" Kincaid, who will be presenting his own hand picked selections from.

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail followed by a tasting of each spirit paired to an Irish-Fare small bite, highlighting each ones unique flavour profile and character.

Tickets are $55 each, and you'll have the option of picking from a 4:00pm seating OR 6:00pm seating.

We may not have maple trees to tap in our backyard, but that won’t stop us from hosting a French-Canadian sugar shack dinner!

Join us on Sunday, March 1st for a family style long table experience that revolves around our favourite staple: MAPLE SYRUP. Note: you will be seated with new friends for this experience, so it’s not a great fit for those that are looking for an intimate night out.

The cost is $65/adult and $25 per child (3-12 years old) for a Quebecois feast featuring:

  • soupe aux pois

  • sourdough with house-made creton & pickles & whipped maple molasses butter

  • haricots vert with smoked maple aioli and chili maple drizzle

  • thinly sliced maple baked Meuwly’s smoked ham with assorted mustards & pickles

  • baked omelette with caramelized onions and a blend of Lakeside buttercheese, Swiss & provolone

  • tourtière croissant bites with rhubarb relish and brussel sprouts

  • tarragon roasted baby potatoes, beets & carrots with bearnaise sauce

  • sourdough pancake stack with choice of orange thyme or blueberry maple syrups

  • pouding chômeur with Little Bear maple cream gelato

  • chocolate maple fudge bites

  • tea + coffee

  • tire sur la neige (weather permitting)

We had SUCH a warm welcome from our #yegfood friends, that we’ve decide to come back to Edmonton on Saturday, February 21 & 28 ! We’ll be bringing our natural sourdough bread, sourdough croissants, sourdough brioche donuts and sourdough cinnamon buns to sell while our pals at Beb’s Bagels & Meuwly’s do their wizardry with sandwiches and snacks in this collaborative restaurant pop-up in Whyte Avenue’s historic Hub Cigar Building.

One of our (many) favourite Beaumont events is just around the corner - the annual Beaumont Society School of Dance Daddy Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 21st!

The official date that stands the test of time is dinner & dancing, which is why we’d like to formally invite our local dads to treat their little lady to an evening at Chartier before the big dance. 

Bookings joining us before the dance can book our "Daddy Daughter Date" experience to receive one of our signature handheld sandwiches with a beer of choice for dad, a kids meal and a fancy drink for the miss, and a dessert to share, a rose waiting at the table, and a polaroid to commemorate the evening for $60 + GST & Gratuity (extra littles are $15 each).

We can take your picture on our infamous pink chairs (holding back tears as we do it), and send you off in time to cut a rug at the dance.

Join us on Sunday, February 22nd for a spirit club featuring a lineup of grappa with our Bar Dad, Mike Chan and Chartier Sous Chef, Greg Lynch.

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail followed by a tasting of three different pours, paired to three small bites, highlighting each spirits unique flavour profile and character.

There is one seating available at 4pm, the event is approximately 1.5-2 hours long. We hope to see you there!

Join us to celebrate Valentine's Day with your loved one on Friday, February 13th or Saturday, February 14th!

This year, we're featuring a three course menu with a choice of appetizer, choice of entree, and shared dessert board celebrating some of our favorite local Alberta producers. The cost is $85 per person, and each seating is 2 hours.
