We're so excited to join Range Road Veterinary Clinic this Saturday and celebrate the pets that make our lives a little brighter and a whole lot sweeter!

Bring your pup to our pet-friendly patio and enjoy a handmade PAWstry crafted just for them! We can't wait to share some treats, give lots of pets, and meet the adorable faces behind all those wagging tails✨🐾

Please note that our PAWstries will be available on the patio or to go only (weather permitting). While we'd love to welcome every pup inside, our furry guests will need to stay outdoors on the patio with their humans... but we promise that they'll still get plenty of love💛

You'll be welcomed with a feature reception cocktail before settling in for a guided tasting of three unique sake pours, each thoughtfully paired with a delicious bite designed to highlight the incredible depth and craftsmanship behind every glass.

Expect smooth sips, fun facts, and maybe even a new favourite drink by the end of the night🍶💫

Whether you're a seasoned sake enthusiast or have never ventured beyond a sushi-night sip, this is the perfect opportunity to explore something new! Bring your friends, your curiosity, and your adventurous palate—we can't wait to sip with you🍚🧡

Join us on Sunday, May 1st, for a spirit club featuring a lineup of TEQUILA AND TACOS with our Bar Dad, Mike Chan and Chrtier Chef, Crystal Higgins.

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail, followed by a tasting of three different pours, paired with three small bites, highlighting each spirit’s unique flavour profile and character.

There is one seating available at 4 pm, the event is approximately 1.5-2hours long. We hope to see you there!

Join us on Saturday, May 2nd for a celebration of Canada’s finest maple whisky - Sortilège.

Our patio will be taken over from 2pm-9pm by the fine folks at Sortilège, eager to bring the sounds, smells, and tastes of Quebec to our Beaumont “sugar shack” to celebrate the end of le temps de sucres.

We’ll have complimentary maple taffy on snow from 2pm-5pm, complimentary Sortilège whisky tasting from 4pm-6pm (featuring their classic, cream, and blueberry maple whisky), giveaways throughout the afternoon, a special Sortilège cocktail menu and so much more.

Dress for the weather, we’ll have blankets available if things go all “Alberta” on us ;)

Celebrate Mama at Chartier with a feature brunch menu by Executive Chef, Crystal Higgins.

Brunch includes a pastry board to start, featuring a selection of Mother by Chartier fresh pastries and seasonal fresh fruit followed by an eggs Benedict trio served with our sweet onion brunch potatoes. Kids have the choice of classic eggs benny or a pancake stack.

The cost is $45 per adult, and $20 per child (3-11 years old).

We'll also have a fully stocked mimosa bar for those looking for libations, featuring an assortment of juices, house-made syrups, fruit garnishes, as well as sparkling cava and non alcoholic sparkling wine (not included in ticket price).

We may not have maple trees to tap in our backyard, but that won’t stop us from hosting a French-Canadian sugar shack dinner!

Join us on Friday, April 3rd for a family style long table experience that revolves around our favourite staple: MAPLE SYRUP. Note: you will be seated with new friends for this experience, so it’s not a great fit for those that are looking for an intimate night out.

The cost is $65/adult and $25 per child (3-12 years old). The menu includes:

  • soupe aux pois

  • haricots vert with smoked maple aioli and chili maple drizzle

  • lox station with freshly baked mini bagels, charred scallion cream cheese, cured salmon, capers, fresh dill, red onion, fresh tomatoes and lemon

  • thinly sliced maple baked Meuwly’s smoked ham with assorted mustards & pickles

  • challah french toast bites with maple blueberry jam

  • tourtiere croissant bites with rhubarb relish and brussel sprouts

  • tarragon roasted baby potatoes, beets & carrots with bearnaise sauce

  • carrot cake with maple cream cheese icing

  • tire sur la neige

  • tea + coffee
