Join us on Sunday, February 22nd for a spirit club featuring a lineup of grappa with our Bar Dad, Mike Chan and Chartier Sous Chef, Greg Lynch.

You will be greeted with a reception cocktail followed by a tasting of three different pours, paired to three small bites, highlighting each spirits unique flavour profile and character.

There is one seating available at 4pm, the event is approximately 1.5-2 hours long. We hope to see you there!

We may not have maple trees to tap in our backyard, but that won’t stop us from hosting a French-Canadian sugar shack dinner!

Join us on Sunday, April 5th for a family style long table experience that revolves around our favourite staple: MAPLE SYRUP. Note: you will be seated with new friends for this experience, so it’s not a great fit for those that are looking for an intimate night out.

The cost is $65/adult and $25 per child (3-12 years old). Our go-to sugar shack menu is posted below, but we’ll have some easter themed inclusions to celebrate the holiday!

  • soupe aux pois

  • sourdough with house-made creton & pickles & whipped maple molasses butter

  • haricots vert with smoked maple aioli and chili maple drizzle

  • thinly sliced maple baked Meuwly’s smoked ham with assorted mustards & pickles

  • baked omelette with caramelized onions and a blend of Lakeside buttercheese, Swiss & provolone

  • tourtière croissant bites with rhubarb relish and brussel sprouts

  • tarragon roasted baby potatoes, beets & carrots with bearnaise sauce

  • sourdough pancake stack with choice of orange thyme or blueberry maple syrups

  • pouding chômeur with Little Bear maple cream gelato

  • chocolate maple fudge bites

  • tea + coffee

  • tire sur la neige (weather permitting)

This year, we're featuring a three course menu with a choice of appetizer, choice of entree, and shared dessert board celebrating some of our favorite local Alberta producers. The cost is $85 per person, and each seating is 2 hours.

Do you know what goes great with bagels? Ok, ok, everything - BUT especially sourdough baking from Mother by Chartier!

We are coming to Edmonton on Saturday, January 24th for a one day pop-up at The Hub! We’ll be bringing our natural sourdough bread, sourdough croissants, sourdough brioche donuts and sourdough cinnamon buns to sell while our pals at Beb’s Bagels & Meuwly’s do their wizardry with sandwiches and snacks in this collaborative restaurant pop-up in Whyte Avenue’s historic Hub Cigar Building.

It's buttery, it's flakey, and it has it's own national holiday - join us in celebration of the CROISSANT on Friday, January 30th!

Our sourdough croissants are made with 84% fat Canadian butter, and are crispy clouds of heaven.

We'll have a variety of flavours and shapes available for sale at our Beaumont AND Nisku location, and we'll be running a croissant sandwich special in Beaumont all. day. long.

Our pals at Strada Coffee Co. will also be brining in some of the incredible feature flavours planned (we see you, Camrose!)
